Product usage

It is applied in silylanizing synthesis process for methilicylation of amikacin, penicillin, cephalosporin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. It also can be surface treatment of diatomite, silica, titanium and other powders.  Used as bonding agent of photoetching of semiconductor industry.  Can be used in vinyl silicone rubber to improve the tear strength, and white carbon black hydrophobic treatment agent and antibiotic hydroxyl protector.
